Accounts

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create. Pagistry retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and trademarks. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display your content.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us or other users.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pagistry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
